The job as carver?️

As a carver you are responsible for giving the guest a world-class experience by presenting, slicing and serving our 15 different kinds of meat. You create the extraordinary experience when our guests visit the grill, and you are a master in the origin of the meat, the flavor, and how it should be served.

You may already know us? We have grown from being a small inn in Southern Jutland to having restaurants across Denmark and in Sweden. We have won a place in the hearts – and not least the stomachs – of Danes and Swedes with a simple recipe: A well-stocked grill buffet prepared with lots of love and the best ingredients.
