Driver and employee for goods intake – 15–20 hours per week with the possibility of more, possibly flexible work

We are looking for one new colleague for a combined role with driving, goods receipt, registration and packing. You will have a day-to-day with both trips out to customers and practical tasks here with us.

The position is basically 15–20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours by agreement. It can also be relevant for you who are looking for a flex job.

Your tasks

You help ensure that customers' electronics safely go through the process with us. Your tasks will include:

• Collecting and delivering computers and other electronic equipment to customers and partners.
• Receiving devices and parcels at our goods intake.
• Registering devices and information in our system so the equipment is linked to the right customer and case.
• Unpacking incoming shipments and checking the contents.
• Packaging equipment securely and preparing parcels for dispatch.
• Keeping the goods intake organized and coordinating with colleagues about pickups, deliveries and shipments.

Both driving and work in the goods intake are fixed parts of the position. The distribution depends on the day's tasks and the agreements we make.

We imagine that you

• Have a standard driving license, category B, and drive safely and responsibly.
• Are reliable and meet customers and colleagues in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Work carefully with registration, labeling and packing.
• Can use a computer for ordinary tasks and are keen to learn our system.
• Thrive with both independent tasks and collaboration with colleagues.
• Take good care of customers' equipment and information.

You do not need to be able to repair electronics. We provide training in our systems and workflows. Experience with driving, warehousing or goods receipt is an advantage but not a requirement.

The job involves lifting and moving parcels and equipment. We will discuss the tasks and practical framework in a conversation.
