Sales and Order Coordinator

We are seeking a sales and order coordinator who can handle sales support to existing customers as well as support internal technical sales and marketing activities aimed at new prospects.

Sens4 develops and manufactures advanced vacuum measurement equipment for a wide range of applications and industries, including the semiconductor industry, analytical instrumentation, medical, aerospace and coating. We collaborate with end users, OEM customers and international distributors.

Your role

You will become an important part of our team and take a central role in daily contact with customers, distributors and partners in Europe, the USA and Asia.

You will function as a bridge between customers and our internal functions and help ensure a professional customer experience from first contact to delivery and subsequent support.

In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating customer projects, where you work closely with product development, production and management to ensure that customers' technical and commercial needs are translated into solutions that meet our customers' requirements.

Your tasks

Your primary areas of responsibility will include

• Receiving and processing customer orders
• Preparation, sending and follow-up on quotes
• Daily customer contact by phone and email
• Sales support to existing customers and distributors
• Coordination and follow-up on customer projects
• Follow-up on deliveries and delivery times
• After-sales service and ongoing customer care
• Maintenance of CRM and customer data
• Updating website and product information
• Planning and execution of email campaigns and digital marketing activities

We imagine that you

• Have experience with internal sales support, customer service, order processing or similar roles
• Thrive in customer contact and administrative tasks
• Work in a structured way and maintain an overview, even when many tasks are underway
• Have an interest in technology and technical products
• Are curious and motivated to learn about advanced measurement technologies
• Proficient in Danish and English in writing and speaking, and possibly German
• Have experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Odoo

We are flexible regarding employment scope, and the position can therefore be arranged as either full-time or 32 hours per week.
