Pastry Chef / Chocolatier position

Are you a trained pastry chef or chocolatier? Would you like to produce delicious chocolates and homemade ice cream? Then perhaps you are the person to be our new chocolate maker!

About the Company

We are a small company in Christianshavn, with a young team. We love chocolate and ice cream, and delivering good service.

Quality and craftsmanship are important to us in our everyday work, and we only work with the best ingredients. In the shop in Christianshavn we make handmade quality chocolate, flødeboller, and homemade ice cream from scratch.

Responsibilities

· Production of our range of filled chocolates.

· Production of homemade ice cream.

· Possible development of new chocolates and flavor combinations.

We expect that

• You are a professionally trained pastry chef or chocolatier – you do not need to have extensive experience in chocolate production, but it is of course an advantage.
• You are curious about chocolate and passionate about further developing yourself in this field.
• You want to work with ice cream production, as we produce our homemade ice cream completely from scratch.
• You are helpful and thrive with teamwork, as we all help out where there is a need.
• You are service-minded, cheerful and welcoming.
• You thrive with physical work.
• You thrive in routine work, but also find it exciting to take on new challenges.
• You speak and understand Danish; we speak Danish in daily operations but also communicate in English.

Working hours etc.

The position is a 37-hour full-time role and the working hours are planned in the period 08:00-18:00, Monday – Saturday.
