About the job

Do you want to help protect society from economic crime in a globalized and digital world? Do you also want a position at an attractive workplace driven by the desire to make a difference, and where we aim to be among the best at combating the most complex and societally harmful crime? Then this position may be for you. Your new everyday life

In the Center for Economic Crime (CEC) we work with the areas of money laundering, tax and VAT fraud, fraud, international crime, tracing, competition cases, cases on rights protection and stock exchange and financial matters. And we have exclusive competence in the areas of sanctions and war crimes as well as competition, rights protection and the stock exchange/financial sector.

The complexity of cases often requires cross-disciplinary collaboration and we value our diverse competencies. This creates a dynamic, project-oriented working style and daily nuanced competence development for the employees.

Cases often stretch beyond the country’s borders, and crime is committed by both professional actors and well-known organized criminals.

Our unique working method, together with clear agreements, orders and deliveries, creates good preconditions for task solving.

We are a strong team of police officers, lawyers, civilian investigators, civilian consultants, administrative staff and economists who all work purposefully with our cases and place collaboration, results and professionalism high.

We are seeking a civilian consultant who wishes to work on some of the largest and most complex cases concerning economic crime. Cases that often have high political attention.
