Cleaner in Herning (www.shyne.dk)

We are seeking a responsible Cleaner to help with and participate in cleaning for our private and commercial customers. As a cleaning employee, you will ensure that our high standards are consistently met, coordinate and support the team, and contribute to delivering excellent service for our customers.

The role involves practical cleaning work – making you an important part of operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Cleaning

Cleaning, including

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning of bathrooms and showers
• Cleaning of the kitchen, etc.
• Restocking cleaning supplies
• Excellent presentation of the home for our private customers
• Quality control and reporting on facilities

Maintenance of facilities and furnishings

• Replacement of damaged or empty items (bulbs, cleaning agents etc.)
• Maintenance of furniture and equipment
• Thorough cleaning of facilities, machines and equipment
• Contribute to positive experiences through clean and welcoming facilities

Reporting and inventory

• Monitoring inventory, as well as reporting any shortages
• Reporting on performance, maintenance tasks and feedback

Success criteria

• Consistently high cleaning and presentation standards
• Positive customer feedback and high satisfaction scores
• Basic skills in using apps and software solutions

We expect that you

• Speak and understand Danish
• Are organized, reliable and can lead by example
• Can manage your time effectively
• Are flexible and can adapt to changing needs and working hours

We offer

• Hourly wage between 140 DKK – 170 DKK (depending on experience)
• Working hours: 20–35 hours/week (work starts between 08:00 / 10:00 and ends between 14:00 – 19:00)

• Start date: By agreement

The position starts with a 3-month probationary period, where the notice period is 14 days. After the probation period, the notice period is 1 month to the end of a month.
