SMP seeks Cleaning Inspector for Greater Copenhagen

SMP is in rapid development and is therefore looking for a skilled and experienced Cleaning Inspector for our team in South- and West Zealand.

Do you have a knack for people and cleaning? Can you keep a cool head and maintain a sharp structure in a busy everyday life with pace?

As Inspector at SMP, your main responsibility is to ensure satisfaction and well-being among customers and employees. This is done in collaboration with your 2 supervisors, who report directly to you.

You will be the one customers call, while you also proactively follow up with customers.

You must ensure that your employees know how a task is performed correctly through thorough training and, at the same time, ensure that the job satisfaction is at the top so that employees thrive in their daily life.

On-site role includes, among other things

• Customer visits, quality assurance and general follow-up on customer inquiries.
• On-site with the cleaning attendants as needed and of your own interest.
• Training of new cleaning attendants in collaboration with your supervisors.

The administrative role includes, among other things

• Shift planning and handling of vacation, absence, illness, etc.
• Preparation of service & quality reports, including communication with customers.
• Hiring of new cleaning attendants.
• Onboarding and training in the IT platform for new cleaning attendants.

We are looking for you who thrive in a varied daily life where tasks and days are never the same.

It is not important to you to have fixed hours Monday-Friday from 8-16, but rather you thrive with a flexible daily life where the work week can vary at different times of the day (morning/afternoon/evening), where you have freedom with responsibility and thus can plan your work week yourself.

In some weeks there will be weekend work and in other weeks the pace can be reduced, so you can have a bit more time off.

As a person you can recognize that you

Are decisive, clear, robust and motivating

Have a flair for IT and motivated to learn new IT systems

Are humorous and can handle and navigate different cultures.

Proficient in Danish and English in writing and speaking at a reasonable level.

Have a driver's license – B (standard car)

Salary and pension arrangement will be negotiated individually.

A company car will be provided, as well as work clothing, company phone, iPad and PC
