Cleaning Supervisor – Zealand

We are seeking a cleaning supervisor for our cleaning company, who can take responsibility for our customers' satisfaction and at the same time be an active part of our cleaning team.

As a cleaning supervisor at Dansk Erhvervsservice you are an important part of daily operations. You ensure quality at our customers, train employees and follow up on tasks – but you also actively participate in cleaning work. We therefore seek a person who thrives on leading and taking part in practical tasks when needed.

As a cleaning supervisor you are responsible for ensuring tasks are completed, also in case of sudden absence. This entails contributing to securing staffing and, if necessary, performing the task yourself.

Dansk Erhvervsservice is a nationwide cleaning company. There will be a fair amount of driving associated with the position.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Supervision of cleaning staff and their work to ensure high quality at our customers
• Training of new employees and ensuring correct execution of tasks
• Communication with customers about their cleaning needs and follow-up on quality
• Onboarding of new customers and instruction of employees
• Handling and control of cleaning equipment
• Active participation in cleaning work
• Reporting to management

We are looking for a person who has

• Experience from the cleaning industry
• Experience with training, coordination or management is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and a sense for quality
• A reliable and responsible work attitude
• Driving license category B

Working hours: Full-time

Working hours vary and are planned according to the tasks. There may be work on different days of the week as well as both morning and evening shifts.
