About the Position

The position is 37 hours per week from 5:00 AM

As an employee in Cleaning you will become part of the Property Department in Silkeborg Municipality.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement between KL and 3F as well as local agreements on pay scale.

About You

You must be a team player who can work in a team, and we expect you to be willing to clean at other locations when your colleagues are absent.

Dialog-based cleaning requires you to listen to the customer’s needs and wishes, be flexible and provide professional input to the solution of the cleaning task.

Your cleaning cart must be filled with

• Competent and professional knowledge
• A willingness to collaborate and to create a positive working environment
• Good humor and a natural service attitude
• A good overview and the ability to adapt
• IT skills, as we use phones as a communication platform
• An education as cleaning technician or willingness to undertake the training

It is expected that you can make yourself understood in Danish in writing and speech.
