Client Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Client Manager with a sharp sense for client care, strategic thinking and project coordination for our Generaxion Agency team.

About the job

As a Client Manager at Generaxion Agency, you will be a key player in our cross-functional team that delivers tailored marketing solutions to businesses with complex needs. You will become an integrated part of the clients’ marketing teams and ensure that our expertise in digital strategy, branding, design, content production, e-commerce and digital marketing disciplines is translated into value-creating results for the customers.

Your primary responsibilities include

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships at a practical and strategic level
• Hold monthly client meetings with a focus on KPI follow-up and analysis
• Update and maintain client documentation, including content plans, ad budgets and approval processes
• Lead and coordinate integrated marketing projects from start to finish
• Ensure high client satisfaction and deliver excellent service in all phases
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solution proposals
• Collaborate closely with internal specialist teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and project execution
• Monitor project economics and ensure timely invoicing

This is a 12-month fixed-term position with start on November 1, 2026 and end on November 1, 2027.

About you

• You have solid experience with account management and project management, preferably from the agency or consulting world
• You have a strategic understanding of marketing and digital solutions
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to bridge business and creativity
• You are structured, detail-oriented and have a natural sense of creating overview
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and are good at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and work independently with high integrity
• You have strong English skills, both written and spoken
