Clinical dietitian/cand.scient. in clinical nutrition sought for Department of Nutrition

The Department of Nutrition at Gødstrup Regional Hospital is seeking clinical dietitians/cand.scient. in Clinical Nutrition for fixed-term positions with commencement on 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

About us

In the Department of Nutrition we work with both prevention and treatment of disease-related malnutrition and nutritional treatment of children and adults with other nutrition-related diseases, e.g. type 1 diabetes, allergies and intolerances, dyslipidaemias, kidney diseases, stomach and intestinal diseases, among others. We focus on systematizing and optimizing nutritional treatment for both inpatients and outpatients.

The department brings together clinical nutrition and food and meals in one shared clinical department with the head of nutrition as department head. We are about 110 staff members responsible for the hospital’s nutrition-related tasks. This includes clinical nutrition and patient treatment, preparation of food and meals for patients, relatives, staff and guests, as well as education and research in nutrition.

We collaborate closely across professional groups and sectors and receive referrals from both general practitioners and hospital doctors.

In 2027 we take a new and exciting step with the establishment of a regional clinic for nutrition. This provides new opportunities to develop and strengthen clinical nutrition care.

As a clinical dietitian you will become part of the nutrition treatment of both inpatients and outpatients and have the opportunity to contribute to the professional community and the ongoing development of the field.

Your tasks

The positions are full-time, and your duties will include, among other things

• Provide individualized nutrition treatment at a high professional level.
• Educate patients and health personnel.
• Systematically document nutrition treatment based on the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) model.

You must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays, as the clinical dietitians at Gødstrup Regional Hospital are part of the work schedule seven days a week.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement.

Commencement 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Employment is conditional on a satisfactory child safeguarding clearance.
