Service Delivery Manager – be part of ensuring critical digital infrastructure

Do you thrive on building strong customer relationships, taking responsibility for deliveries and ensuring that critical services operate stably and professionally? Cibicom is looking for an experienced and engaged Service Delivery Manager for our Customer Solutions team.

Your role – responsibility, quality and coordination

As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you will be responsible for a number of customers and services within our product areas, including GSM-R, transmission, data center and other critical digital infrastructure. You will be the natural link between the customer, our operations, technical teams and the rest of the organization.

You ensure that services are delivered stably and in accordance with SLAs, contracts and agreed processes. At the same time you follow up on performance, incidents and recurring issues and drive the dialogue on improvements as well as development of services.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring delivery of services in accordance with SLAs, contracts and agreed processes
• Being the customer's primary point of contact and building strong, trusting relationships
• Following up on performance, preparing reports and hosting status and governance meetings
• Representing the customer internally and being a natural escalation point when challenges arise
• Driving ongoing improvements of services, processes and collaboration with the customer
• Analyzing performance and presenting recommendations for both customers and management
• Contributing to a high and professional level of customer satisfaction

Who are you?

You are the type who takes ownership. When a customer experiences a challenge, you ensure it is followed through, even when the solution requires coordination across the organization. You thrive on creating an overview, sticking to agreements and at the same time maintaining a good relationship with the customer.

You will likely have experience as a Service Delivery Manager or from a similar role in an IT, telecom or technical service organization. In addition, we place emphasis on that you:

• Have experience with customer dialogue, service deliveries and governance
• Work in a structured way and thrive with both processes and complex operations environments
• Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and orally in Danish and English
• Are able to create strong collaborative relationships and thrive with a broad network of contacts
• Can create an overview and stay calm when there is pressure on delivery
• Are motivated by learning new things and take pride in high quality in your work
