Your tasks in the team

As a psychologist you will undertake various tasks in the team. The tasks will be tailored to your current level of competence. You will, among other things, contribute to assessments through psychological tests and diagnostic interviews. Your duties will partly be psychotherapy; individually and in groups together with the other staff members, who are multidisciplinary.

What is it like to be a new colleague with us?

We place a high value on your psychological perspective in the team, and you have a great deal of opportunity to set the framework for your contribution to the treatment, based on experience and interests.

Onboarding is something we value highly, as we know that it is the starting point for you as a new colleague to feel secure in your new daily life. The onboarding program will be tailored to you and your qualifications.

We offer

  • Opportunity to apply psychological expertise in a strong multidisciplinary environment

We are seeking a colleague

Who are we!

We are a dynamic and engaged multidisciplinary staff group, consisting of nurses, social- and health care assistants, an occupational therapist, a pedagogue, a psychologist, psychiatrists, peers, social worker, secretary and a total of 13 colleagues. We are a team that characterizes itself by being decent, ambitious, we take responsibility, and use our room for maneuver. Job satisfaction is the foundation of our workday, where we always strive to help as many as possible, in the best possible way.

We can be busy, but we take time for community, humor, safe surroundings, good colleague camaraderie, development and education. We nurture a culture that values and gives space to innovative ideas as well as influence.
