CNC operator / Industrial technician sought for Danish world success near Farum - Permanent night shift

On the night shift, your most important task is to keep production running.

The machines are generally set up and ready when you clock in. Together with the few other employees on the night shift, you will be responsible for monitoring several CNC machines and ensuring that production continues steadily throughout the night.

If an alarm occurs, a machine stops or there is a disruption in production, you must be able to identify the cause and get the machine running again. You must therefore have experience with CNC milling and a technical understanding that enables you to handle the challenges that can arise.

Your daily life on the night shift

You will be working in a modern and automated CNC production, including among other things Okuma machines and a robot-operated FMS production cell.

Your tasks will include

• Monitoring several CNC machines
• Ensuring stable production through the night
• Handling alarms, machine stops and production disturbances
• Troubleshooting when production does not run as planned
• Restarting and adjusting machines after minor stops
• Checking tools, workpieces and production flow
• Measurement and quality control of produced workpieces
• Minor changes in programs and machine settings
• Contact with the relevant colleagues if a larger fault cannot be solved on the night shift

Since there are few employees on the night shift, it is important that you can maintain an overview and assess which machine or task should be handled first.

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained as an industrial technician or machinist
• Has experience with CNC milling
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Can work with programs and make adjustments at the machine
• Has understanding of tools, materials and machining processes
• Can troubleshoot and take action when a machine stops
• Can work independently and take responsibility for production
• Thrives working night shifts regularly
