We are looking for an operator for CNC milling and turning in Lemvig.

You land in a machine factory in Lemvig with about 20 colleagues, where precision machining is a big part. There is work with CNC milling, CNC turning and parts that must be measured properly before they are sent on. The tasks can range from single parts and prototypes to series production, so you get both repetitions and tasks where setup matters.

The role suits you who can stay calm at the machine and speak up if the targets do not match. You will have a daily life where operation, setup, changeover and control are connected, instead of just standing and pressing start.

Your everyday

The day revolves around the machines: you set up, start up, monitor the operation and measure along the way. When changes are needed, you handle the materials and get the next part ready so production can continue.

You will among other things work with

• Operate and monitor CNC machines
• Set up machines and start production
• Measure parts and perform quality control
• Changeover machines and handle materials
• Maintain machines and close out tasks properly

The important thing is that you do not let a part pass if something doesn't add up. If you find a deviation, you tell and get it fixed before it becomes more expensive than necessary.

We are looking for you who can check off most

We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and take hold.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 1 year of experience with CNC or similar production
• Can work calmly and precisely at the machine
• Have control of measuring and quality control
• Turn up reliably and keep appointments
• Says if something is not right

It helps if you have tried both setup, start-up and changeover before. But the most important is that you want a everyday life where precision and operation go hand in hand.
