You land in a technical environment where CNC machines, laser cutting, automation and software are part of daily life. There is a showroom, teaching facilities and people around you who work with service, programming and training support. It gives a daily life where the machines are not just standing in a corner - they are the center of the work.

The role is for you who like to get a machine ready, keep an eye on operation and measure before the part is sent on. You won't get a flighty job description with all sorts of side tasks - the core is setup, start-up and quality control. A driver's license is a requirement, but otherwise it's mainly about calmness, stability and the desire to become sharper on CNC.

Your everyday

The day is about getting the machines up and running safely, keeping an eye on operation and reacting when something needs adjusting. You work with setup, start-up and measurement, so the parts meet the targets they must.

You will among other things work with

• Monitor operation and respond to deviations
• Set up machines and prepare for start-up
• Measure parts and perform quality control
• Operate CNC machines in daily production
• Adjust setup as needed

When a measurement doesn't add up, you stop and correct it before the work continues. It is the type of role where calm hands and precision matter more than tempo for tempo's sake.

We are looking for you who can check off most things

You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a CNC operator or from similar production
• Can take responsibility for setup and start-up
• Work calmly with measurement and control
• Arrive reliably and say if something is not right

It is an advantage if you have worked with CNC machines before. But the most important is that you like a daily life where precision and stable operation matters.
