Get up close to the business and put your financial skills to use

You will become an integrated part of the management team in one of our commercial companies. The area currently operates both charging stations and flexibility solutions for the electricity market. The role may, in time, also include managing and advising on additional areas across the group. You will have independent responsibility for financial management and will be involved in everything from strategic discussions, to driving the budgeting process and ongoing financial and performance management.

You will use your strengths in classical financial control, combining them with a commercial mindset and actively playing them into the business.

You will work closely and confidentially with the CEO and the management team in the area, and act as their financial key person. The area is on an ambitious journey in developing infrastructure that also creates opportunities in other business areas. You will solve the tasks that come your way, whether it is ad hoc analyses, follow-up on KPIs and business cases, or preparation of decision materials. At all times you keep an eye on optimizing, systematizing and digitalizing.

Who are you?

You are naturally curious, and thrive in the collaboration between finance and business. You have an analytically strong mindset and are motivated to translate data and analyses into concrete recommendations and decisions. You can translate complex economic and accounting contexts into concrete actions that the business can understand and act on. It comes naturally to you to build relationships, both with the business and in finance. You are proactive and take responsibility for driving tasks and improvements forward.

You have several years of experience in a business-oriented role, where you have presumably held the role of Finance Business Partner or Business Controller. Your background is financial and you have the fundamentals in place for both management accounting and accounting, but you are still eager to learn more.
