You manage the entire process

As a construction manager you will have overall responsibility for the construction projects from the first shovel of earth to the delivery of the project. The majority of your time will be spent on construction sites, where you are the construction manager for about 10-15 construction projects and about 30-40 craftsmen at the same time. You supervise the construction, and the construction manager's areas of responsibility include the following:

Holding construction meetings and ongoing dialogue with both customers, suppliers and trades about the project's progress, material deliveries and coordination of labor

• Follow-up on schedules and revision as needed
• Responsible for the project's finances and ensuring optimal use of construction resources to avoid waste of both time, materials and labor
• Responsible for delivering the project on time and in the right quality

You will join a skilled team in our department in Søborg and you will primarily manage construction projects in North and East Zealand. Each construction manager is responsible for their own projects, but the team collaborates and helps each other with daily challenges. We have professional pride and a very special togetherness. Construction Manager with impact

During a workday you will be in contact with suppliers, customers and trades, etc., and it is therefore important that you are good at communicating both verbally and in writing and can navigate between many different actors with different interests. You have the ability to plan, execute and complete tasks, and you can maintain an overview of the various projects.

In addition we would like you to

• be trained as a building constructor and/or have a craft background
• have good general IT skills and adapt easily to new IT systems
• have a driver's license
