About the job

Do you want to help raise the quality and ensure effective resource support within the health care system in Denmark? And are you passionate about project management?

Then perhaps you are the candidate we are looking for as a consultant at the Health Care System's Quality Institute (SundK).

As a consultant you will be employed in a quality unit and become a central part of our team, working with assessments and analyses of treatment modalities that are part of the health care system's delivery of health services, including health technologies, treatments, diagnostics, rehabilitation, prevention as well as organizational and collaboration forms. You can read more about: Assessments and Analyses in SundK .

You will also contribute to the quality unit, which also covers tasks within clinical guidelines and clinical quality databases – and together with your colleagues contribute to thinking in synergy across functions and products in the unit as well as in SundK's solutions to quality challenges in the health system.

Your tasks

In the professional work with assessments and analyses you will be part of project groups that work with assessments and analyses. All members of the project groups participate in planning and preparing the written reports that constitute our assessments and analyses. The reports are presented to the SundK Council, whose primary task is to prepare recommendations or advice to health sector actors based on our reports, see more here: SundK Council .

Your tasks will include

  • Professionally anchored tasks in the concrete assessments and analyses and contribute to scoping, illumination, interpretation and reporting of, among others, clinical, health-economic and organizational analysis tasks
  • To plan and project-manage toward deadlines and act as the project group lead to gather the group's agenda material for the Council in SundK
  • To ensure involvement of clinicians and patient representatives in professional committees and to plan and facilitate committee meetings
  • To be able to tackle health economic related tasks, including contributing to health economic analyses in the guideline area
  • To contribute to qualifying topics for the function's and the unit's work program
  • Cross-cutting development tasks that strengthen our internal processes and methods as well as collaboration with external actors (professional committees, councils, etc.)

Who are you?

Our new colleague has a long higher education, likely within the social or health science field, and additionally a number of concrete experiences and competences in working with health economics and driving processes in close collaboration with clinical experts and patient representatives.

We would like you to

  • Have several years of relevant experience in the health sector. This could be from the public health system, from the private sector, or from research and analysis organizations
  • Have good knowledge of the structure of the health system and patient pathways.
  • Have analytical skills and interest – particularly with a focus on health economic analyses
  • Have experience and thrive in project management without formal leadership and your role in the team as a project coordinator
  • Find energy in and have experience in being the facilitator driving processes with many actors and deadlines, with a focus on making things succeed both in your own tasks and in collaboration with others
  • Thrive in both deepening professionally in tasks and facilitating meetings, and being in dialogue with internal and external actors
  • Work independently and have personal impact, which you use to be proactive and set the framework
  • Kknow the importance of paying attention to details without letting the details obscure your view of deadlines and expectations for the product.

We offer

  • An exciting job in development with content you can help shape
  • A fixed onboarding program with introduction to the tasks
  • Flexibility - we have flex-time and the possibility of homeworking
  • Good colleagues and great colleague cohesion
