Consultation Nurse

Nurse sought for general practice.

As my current nurse retires, I am seeking an engaged and independent nurse for my general medical clinic in the center of Svendborg. The position is 28 hours per week, distributed over 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

The work is varied and includes independent nursing consultations as well as other tasks in general practice, including among others:

Monitoring patients with chronic conditions, e.g. diabetes, COPD and hypertension

Blood sampling and other laboratory tasks

ECG and pulmonary function tests

Vaccinations

Wound care

Ear irrigation

Injections

Telephone patient contact and guidance, triage and administrative tasks

Prescription- and medication-related tasks by agreement

Other common tasks in the practice

The specific distribution of tasks will be adapted to your competences and experience.

I am looking for someone who

Is an experienced nurse. Experience from general practice is an advantage but not a requirement.

You thrive with independent responsibility, have a good clinical eye and can maintain an overview in a day with varied tasks. At the same time, we emphasize that you meet the patients kindly and professionally and contribute positively to the collaboration in the clinic.

I offer

A permanent 28-hour-per-week position in a general solo practice with independent work areas and opportunities for professional development.

There will be training by the current nurse in the start period.

We offer a workplace with short decision-making lines, close collaboration between the professional groups and the opportunity to influence the planning of your own tasks.

The practice consists of one doctor, one training doctor and one nurse.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement.
