Do you want to join a newly started journey with lots of responsibility, exciting tasks and the opportunity to express your creative side? The learning curve will be steep, but the results will be visible and concrete.

At Organic Growth we work with digital marketing, where good content and a strong visual identity go hand in hand. Therefore we are now seeking a content intern who wants to develop within graphic design, visual content production and WordPress web design .

What will you be doing?

As a content intern you become part of a team where creativity and performance go hand in hand. You will receive tasks in both graphic design, social media and website production , and you will get to try your hand at real client cases.

Concretely you will learn

• To design posts and graphic elements for social media and ads
• To develop layouts and images for WordPress websites
• To build and design landing pages in WordPress (we mainly use Yoothemes)
• To optimize visual content for Meta ads, Instagram and websites
• To collaborate with marketers on campaigns, idea development and storytelling

You also gain insight into how content and design work together with SEO and digital performance , so you learn to create graphics that look good and work.

Who are you?

You love being creative, both visually and digitally. You're the type who gets ideas, but also wants to bring them to life. You may have some experience with Canva, Figma or Photoshop , and you’re curious about how design relates to websites and marketing.

Your profile would ideally look like

• You are interested in graphic design, digital communication or visual branding
• You have knowledge of WordPress or want to learn it
• You are positive, creative and detail-oriented
• You thrive in a free and informal startup environment with freedom under responsibility

Who is Organic Growth?

Organic Growth was founded in 2019 by Lauge Hybel, former Head of Marketing at one of Denmark's largest web agencies. We help companies with organic marketing – i.e., marketing where results are created through good content, search engine optimization and user-friendly websites, not paid ads.

With us you get freedom to structure your own days , take responsibility for your tasks and have influence on your projects. We believe you learn the most when you are allowed to try things out in practice.
