Summary (English): Restaurant Cap Horn on Nyhavn in Copenhagen is looking for a full-time chef (37 hours/week). You will cook à la carte and for events, work in all stations and take part in daily prep and service. Monthly salary DKK 37,167 incl. pension. Danish or English required. Start as soon as possible.
Cap Horn is located at Nyhavn 21 and is part of Tholstrup, which runs four restaurants in Copenhagen. We prepare food for lunch and dinner, both à la carte and for events.
We are looking for a full-time chef, 37 hours per week. You will work in all stations, participate in the daily preparation and service, and cook for à la carte and for events together with the rest of the kitchen.
We expect that you have experience as a chef from a restaurant, can maintain a high tempo and work independently, and that you speak Danish or English. Working hours are day and evening, including weekends.
Salary: 37,167 DKK per month incl. pension. Start as soon as possible.
