About us

Council Center is a communal living for adults with social, mental and/or physical challenges. We have 14 residents and focus on care, recognition and help to self-help. Our work is built on Christian core values and a view of humanity where equality for all is central.

Your tasks will be broad and diverse

• Janitorial tasks: Maintenance and practical tasks both outside and inside, possibly together with the residents.
• Pedagogical support: Everyday pedagogical/support tasks and interaction with our residents in safe surroundings.
• Community around meals: Join in the on-call rotation on an equal footing with the other staff. This also involves cooking together with the residents.

The position is initially 37 hours per week.

Start date 1/12/2026 - or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary according to further agreement.
