Creator Coordinator at Yuaia Haircare

Do you want to work with creators, TikTok, Instagram and influencer marketing – and help build an international beauty brand?

Yuaia Haircare is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for a Creator Coordinator who will help find, contact and coordinate creators across our markets.

We work every week with a large number of creators, UGC profiles and influencers, and the ambition is to build one of the strongest creator networks in hair & beauty in Europe.

Therefore we are looking for someone who loves social media, has an eye for the right profiles and thrives in a fast pace, many relationships and lots of execution.

What will you be working with?

As Creator Coordinator you will be an important part of our marketing team and will, among other things, be responsible for:

• Find and screen new creators on TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Contact creators and handle ongoing outreach
• Coordinate collaborations from first contact to finished content
• Follow up with creators, deadlines, briefs and deliverables
• Keep our creator pipeline and systems up to date
• Assist with product send-outs and coordination of creator gifting
• Identify creators with potential for longer-term collaborations
• Coordinate UGC, organic collaborations, affiliate collaborations and content for advertising
• Help build our creator communities in markets such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK
• Keep an eye on new trends, creators and content formats on social media

You will work closely with our Creator Growth Manager, the performance marketing team and the rest of the marketing department.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Spends a lot of time on TikTok, Instagram and social media – and understands the culture on the platforms
• Have a good eye for which creators fit a brand
• Are organized and good at managing many collaborations at the same time
• Are outgoing and not afraid to reach out to new people
• Are good at written communication in both Danish and English
• Work quickly and get things done
• Are curious and take initiative
• Have an interest in beauty, hair, influencer marketing or e-commerce

You don't need many years of experience. The most important for us is that you understand social media, have drive and want to learn quickly.

Experience from influencer marketing, UGC, agencies, e-commerce or social media is of course a plus.
