Content & Campaign Manager with a strong graphic profile

Can you create strong graphical content and even get campaigns off the ground yourself?

We are facing a new brand strategy, larger digital customer journeys and new webshops. Therefore we are looking for a self-driven Digital Content & Campaign Manager with a strong graphical eye and hands, who can develop our visual expression and take responsibility for content and campaigns from idea to launch. You get a clear area of responsibility and a small team, where what you do goes directly to the market.

About us

AC Hydraulic A/S and Anker A/S are two closely connected companies within the same group. AC Hydraulic develops and manufactures lifting equipment for workshops internationally, and Anker is a distributor of a wide range of workshop equipment. Together we cover the entire value chain from producer to customer.

Marketing is a small, execution-focused team that does most things themselves: campaigns, content, webshops and sales materials. We have short decision paths, and we actively use data, tracking and AI in our work.

The role

You will own our content and campaigns. You ensure that everything becomes concrete campaigns and materials that hit the market. You work independently and prioritize yourself in daily work.

Your tasks will include

• Plan, produce and launch campaigns across digital channels, from idea and concept to finished material.
• Set up campaigns and optimize them on e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google and in email flows.
• Put our new brand strategy into practice and further develop our graphical expression within the framework set by our external graphic designer.
• Create new visual elements, formats and templates so the brand remains consistent across all channels.
• Produce content for the entire digital customer journey: ads, social media, newsletters, landing pages and webshops.
• Write copy in our tone of voice that fits the channel, target audience and stage in the customer journey.
• Create brochures, data sheets and other sales materials.
• Keep track of the campaign calendar and collaborate with sales, product and distributors for input and stories.

You are a person who takes on tasks independently and gets started. You make decisions within your area and follow up without being reminded. You have high professional expertise, are confident in your role and energized by seeing your work create results in the market.

We expect that you

• Are self-driven and take initiative.
• Have execution power and deliver quickly with good quality.
• Have a strong visual expertise and work confidently in the Adobe suite.
• Can work within a design system and extend it with new elements that elevate the expression.
• Understand the digital customer journey and how content, channels and automations work together.
• Can set up digital campaigns themselves and optimize them.
• Writes well and can translate a tone of voice into texts in all channels.
• Thrives in a small team with close collaboration and a clear division of roles.

It’s a plus if you

• Have experience from B2B, industry or the distributor market.
• Have worked with webshops and CMS systems.
• Can produce video and motion for digital formats.

Your education and number of years of experience are less important than what you can show us.
