Customer Advisor for our Employee Bank: Become your colleagues' financial sparring partner

In the job you will meet and help many colleagues and their families, who will become your customers. In addition, you are one of the first to welcome new colleagues and their families to Sparekassen, when you greet them, set them up and advise them. You will also advise retired employees.

How you become successful in the job

After 100 days you take responsibility for your tasks and feel at home in the bank. This has succeeded particularly well because:

• You have completed our targeted onboarding program and gained a good insight into the bank's culture and processes, so you can be a good role model for the bank when you are in dialogue with your customers. You have quickly become part of the Employee Bank and a daily life where we practice frequent professional sparring.
• You are good at building relationships and thrive with close contact to your customers. In your advisory you translate their dreams, plans and long-term goals with them. You are driven by seeing possibilities and covering all aspects of the customers' personal finances.
• Your colleagues both in the Employee Bank and among your customers have great trust in you and your professionalism. They have this in part because you already have several years of experience as a customer advisor and are strong in all areas of private banking. You contribute with great curiosity and professionalism in all types of cases – both easy and more complicated. You are never alone – we are a strong team that always helps and sparrs with each other.
• You are motivated when customers give you professional challenges you can translate into good advice. At the same time you manage the confidentiality in the relationship with customers, who are also your colleagues.

After one year you have become a strong sparring partner for both your colleagues in the Employee Bank and for your customers. You succeed particularly well after a year because:

• You have visited all your departments at least once and gained a good understanding of your customers, with whom you are continuing to build strong relationships.
• Customer satisfaction is at the top of your agenda, and you live every day the bank's customer promises. This means, among other things, that you are proactive and available and preferably contact customers unsolicited. You know the importance of speed, quality and high service. You naturally involve the specialists we have attached.
• As a team player you naturally contribute with your professionalism, experience and good ideas on how we can together become even better. You are curious and do not hold back when you have questions.

Varied daily life

In the Employee Bank you have seven colleagues who, like you, ensure advice and knowledge sharing within all corners of private banking. We are located in the same building as the Randers City department, and there is a good sense of community and good professional sparring between the two departments.

In the Employee Bank we are often on the move and work from different places in the country. We do, however, also meet physically and cultivate camaraderie and sparring, and otherwise we often meet on Teams. We have a strong focus on maintaining a strong togetherness – we are team players and are there for each other, both when we need to discuss a problem, meet tight deadlines or simply get a second opinion – or a good laugh. In the job you have ample opportunity to develop and challenge yourself professionally and to contribute to developing our advice to the employees.
