Customer Service Representative – Greece

Anyone can apply, with or without experience. This is a unique opportunity if you want to strengthen your CV with service and communication experience and learn more about customer processes and administration.

Location: Athens, Crete or remote from your own home in Greece

Start date: Several possible start dates – see project overview below

Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract

Salary: Competitive local salary with 14 payments

You can work from an office in Athens or Crete – or from home in Greece, depending on the project. All necessary equipment is sent to you if you work remote.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chats from Norwegian customers
• Technical support and guidance
• Sales, upselling and customer loyalty
• Represent some of the world’s largest global brands
• Documentation and follow-up in systems

Requirements

• You speak and write Norwegian
• You can express yourself in English
• You are curious, motivated and willing to learn
• You have good communication skills and enjoy helping others
• Experience from customer service or call center is not necessary – you will receive thorough training
