About the position

As operations manager, you will be a central part of an ambitious leadership team, where we work together to create the best solutions for citizens. You will be responsible for the daily management of approx. 30 employees consisting of nurses, therapists, social- and health care assistants and social- and health care helpers. You will play an important role in supporting the continued development of home care and nursing through the implementation of the Elderly Act, where the citizen's self-determination, resources and holistic care are central.

Your key tasks

• Provide hands-on and clear people leadership with a focus on well-being, development and job satisfaction.
• Create the framework for a culture characterized by trust, accountability, collaboration and high professional quality.
• Support learning, professional development and sparring in the interdisciplinary care teams.
• Drive and support the implementation of the Sønderborg model, the Elderly Act, the health reform and other development initiatives.
• Ensure balance between quality, operations, economy and working environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse or social- and health care assistant.
• Has management experience or a clear desire to develop as a leader.
• Is visible, present and capable of creating followership through dialogue and relationships.
• Has a high professional and reflective level.
• Communicates clearly and appreciatively.
