At Rønde School we are looking for a teacher from 1 January 2027 who will help create strong learning communities and develop the town's public school in the heart of Rønde.

We are looking for a teacher who

• Can teach Danish and physical education in the upper primary/middle school
• Additionally preferably has a subject area in HDS, English or music
• Has experience with – or an interest in – special pedagogy and inclusive learning environments
• Works from an appreciative approach with focus on the students’ opportunities to participate
• Is clear, structured and able to create safe learning environments
• Has an eye for the students’ strengths and potential
• Professionally engages in collaboration with families, colleagues and external partners
• Reflects on their own practice and actively contributes to joint development

About the position and the school

Rønde School is a public school in Syddjurs Municipality with around 450 students from 0th to 10th grade. The school is located in scenic surroundings on Djursland.

The position is anchored in the school’s work with inclusive learning communities, where students with different prerequisites are supported in academic, social and personal development. You will be part of a close team collaboration, where sparring, shared responsibility and development of practice are a natural part of daily life.
