Your tasks will include

• Setting up tracking through Google Tag Manager with the purpose of monitoring user behavior, advertising budgets and the like.
• Debugging and problem solving in new and existing tracking solutions.
• Setting up dashboards for reporting our customers' digital activities.
• Further development of existing and new reporting formats and processes.
• Data analyses aimed at delivering insights for individual companies as well as cross-company data analyses to deliver market insights.

• Is pursuing a relevant education in web, marketing or similar.
• Is passionate about digital marketing and wants to become an expert in the field.
• Is responsible, curious and completes every task to the end.
• Is excited by challenges and willing to be thrown into new things.
• Likes to work independently and take on responsibility.
• Is ambitious and can contribute with a good and infectious mood to the team.

Your day-to-day will take place in a fast-paced house where accountability and can-do attitude are central, and where it is important that you dare to put your mark and express your opinions. You will be able to join on equal terms with the other employees, which means you will also need to work independently and thus have a high degree of influence on your projects.

Introduction to the company and the job

Conversio is a full-service digital agency. We develop and maintain webshops for mid-sized companies, activate marketing in many forms and create data-driven growth through digital insight – all in one continuous process. In marketing we focus on PPC, SEO, social, email marketing, digital communication, content marketing and strategy – in short, we are involved in the entire customer journey. At Conversio you get a tailored internship program where our customers' growth is the goal. As a Data & Tracking intern you will be an important part of our Performance Team, especially our Tracking team, which is responsible for setting up, maintaining and developing tracking and reporting formats across our customers. You will report to our Data & Tracking specialist, who has several years of experience from both agency and digital marketing.

Practical information

The internship is unpaid and lasts 3-6 months with start in January. The position is basically 37 hours per week, but we are of course flexible regarding your study commitments. The company is located in Frichsparken in the heart of Åbyhøj with short distance to Aarhus C and the highway.
