DAVA Foods – Commercial Coordinator

Then you may be DAVA Foods’ new Commercial Coordinator. You will become an important part of the commercial team and will have a central role in the daily support of activities across retail, foodservice and e-commerce. The role combines classic sales coordinator tasks with responsibility for data quality, customer portals and support of the company’s digital sales channels.

You will enter a versatile and newly created position, where, reporting directly to the company's Commercial Director, Simon Rud, you will have an important role in the daily support of the commercial organization. Initially, your focus will be on gaining a solid understanding of the business, the customers, the systems and the internal workflows.

Thereafter you will have independent responsibility for a wide range of coordinating and administrative tasks and become an important link between sales, data, systems and e-commerce. You will have a broad contact surface and the opportunity to contribute where the need arises in the commercial organization.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be

• Support the sales department in daily operations and contribute to an efficient handling of the commercial activities.
• Coordinate customer agreements, campaigns and launches administratively as well as follow up on agreements, activities and internal deadlines.
• Maintain and quality assure customer, product and price data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Create items in GS1 and contribute to maintenance and quality assurance of master data.
• Ensure high data quality across systems, customer portals and other platforms.
• Support DAVA Foods’ activities on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, including maintenance of product data, images and sales materials.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital visibility and contribute to onboarding of new digital sales channels and marketplaces.
• Update customer portals with relevant product and assortment information and ensure correct documentation and customer communication.
• Coordinate internal processes across sales, marketing and master data and contribute to structure and progress in the commercial activities.

To succeed in the role you have experience from a coordinating commercial function and may have worked as a sales coordinator, category coordinator, procurement coordinator or similar. Your educational background is not decisive, but you probably have a commercial education. You have experience from the food industry and/or FMCG and thereby gained a good understanding of the commercial processes and workflows that characterize the industry.

You also master Danish and English at a professional level, both in writing and speech.

As a person you are structured, systematic and detail-oriented and capable of keeping an overview, even when you have many different tasks going on at the same time. You work independently, naturally take ownership of your tasks and see them through. At the same time you are proactive, service-minded and solution-oriented and motivated by creating structure and progress as well as supporting colleagues around you.

You are relationship-building, outgoing and trustworthy with good collaboration skills across the organization. You are hands-on and motivated by a broad role where tasks vary and where you contribute where there is a need. At the same time you are clear and robust and have the courage to engage in difficult dialogues when necessary.
