Sales Coordinator - Export, for OK Snacks A/S

OK Snacks continues to grow in their export markets, and therefore need to strengthen their export department with yet another sales coordinator.

You will become part of a small team where collaboration, professional sparring and a practical approach to tasks are a natural part of everyday life. The position is broad, and the days are rarely the same. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, export sales representatives, production, warehousing and logistics, and you will play a key role in ensuring that orders, documentation and deliveries are aligned all the way from order to delivery.

A central role in the export department

Together with your colleague, who is an experienced sales coordinator, you will become an important link between customers, export salespeople and the many internal functions that every day help ensure that goods reach customers safely in the export markets.

You will work with both customer service, coordination, export administration and master data. Some days it’s about orders and deliveries. Other days it’s about documentation, new products or updating data in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.

Common to the tasks is that they require structure, overview and responsibility. It will be you who contributes to ensuring that the tasks are followed through.

With reference to the export manager, you will have a versatile daily life in an informal work environment, with an open and pleasant tone.

Your tasks include, among others

• Daily contact with customers and handling of orders and customer inquiries
• Support and coordination in close collaboration with export salespeople
• Follow-up on deliveries in cooperation with production, warehousing and carriers
• Preparation of export and customs documents and other necessary documentation
• Maintenance of customer, product and price master data in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain

Achieve success in the role

You do not need to know everything from the first day of work, but you will likely have experience from a position within customer service, sales support, order processing, export or coordination, where you:

• Work in a structured and thorough manner
• Can keep an overview, even when several tasks land at once
• Take responsibility and follow up tasks through to completion
• Thrive with customer contact and many collaboration interfaces
• Master Danish and English in writing and speech, and understand the Scandinavian languages

Experience with export, logistics or international trade will be an advantage, but it is not decisive. The most important thing is that you want to learn new things, take pride in delivering good service and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues.
