We are a house with many possibilities

In our children's house we meet every day children and families with different life circumstances, cultures and backgrounds. We see this as a strength and an important part of our everyday life. We want to create a safe and developing environment, where all children feel they belong, are met with curiosity and have the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

We are also a house in a development process. After a period with turnover in the staff group and with a new leader, we are at a point where we would like to find the right people for the community. People who want to take responsibility, contribute with their professionalism and help create a shared basis for our pedagogical work.

We do not expect you to come with all the answers. But we hope you come with the desire to help find them together with us.

Who are you?

We hope to find an educator who can recognise themselves in several of these qualities and competences:

• You are robust and have both feet firmly planted on the ground. You remain calm and have an overview, even when everyday life is challenging, and meet challenges with a constructive approach and a view to solutions.
• You are passionate about working with the youngest children and know how important the first years are.
• You meet children with presence, care, respect and curiosity about their perspectives.
• You have an eye for the individual child’s needs and can simultaneously work with the child community.
• You see value in a diverse group of children and parents and meet diversity openly and acknowledge it.
• You want to actively contribute to a good collegial community.
• You dare to reflect on your own practice, share your professional considerations and be curious about others'.
• You take initiative and responsibility and want to help develop our shared pedagogical direction.

Salary and employment terms are determined according to the applicable collective agreement, including the provisions related to local pay formation.
