You will be the manager for staff handling cash benefits (job-ready), flexi-jobs and unemployment benefits as well as insured unemployed. Employees who make a difference for both citizens and businesses every day.

Your key tasks

As department head your most important task is to create the best framework for employees to succeed. You must create direction, energy and followership in a daily life where we are in the midst of major changes.

You will, among other things

• Create well-being, engagement and followership among the employees.
• Set a clear direction and create forward momentum in the department's tasks and development.
• Ensure that decisions are translated into action and results.
• Challenge conventional thinking and contribute to developing new solutions and ways of working.
• Utilize data, evidence and management information as the basis for dialogue, learning and development.
• Develop the employees' competencies and create the framework for their success.
• Actively contribute to the development of the area in close collaboration with the area manager and professional consultant.

• Have a diploma in leadership or equivalent education.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are governed by the applicable collective agreement.

Interviews are expected to be held on 19 October and 27 October. Applicants progressing to a second interview will complete tests. The position is intended to be filled as soon as possible.
