Magasasa is seeking a skilled dim sum chef for our kitchen in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing various types of Chinese dim sum from scratch
• Making and preparing dough and fillings
• Handcrafting and folding dumplings, bao and other dim sum specialties
• Steaming, boiling and frying dim sum
• Preparing ingredients for daily production
• Ensuring consistent quality, taste and appearance
• Proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Cleaning and maintaining the work area
• Following the kitchen procedures for hygiene and food safety

We are looking for a person with relevant practical experience in professional cooking, preferably with specific experience in Chinese dim sum. You should be able to work independently while also joining a busy kitchen team.
