We are more than 30 dedicated colleagues across our businesses, and together we sell about 500 homes per year. That gives you as a trainee a unique opportunity to join a company with a lot of activity, lots of experience and good opportunities for both professional and personal development.

You don't need to know everything about the real estate industry from day one. We'll teach you.

However, we expect you to have energy, drive and a desire to create results.

• Are passionate about sales, people and great customer experiences
• Have a natural sales instinct and are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Are outgoing, positive and good at building relationships
• Work structured and can keep calm when it's busy
• Are interested in social media and modern marketing
• Ideally have knowledge of Vallensbæk, Ishøj or the local area
• Are competitive and motivated by achieving your goals
• Are ready to go the extra mile when required

WHAT WILL YOU DO? As a sales trainee you will be an active part of our sales team.

You will among other things work with customer contact, buyer follow-up, showings, sales, marketing, social media, open houses and all other tasks that come with taking homes from "for sale" to "sold".

We want to train you to become a skilled and complete real estate agent.

You will receive responsibility as you are ready for it – and if you show that you can and will, there are plenty of opportunities to develop with us.
