At Strandhotellet Blokhus we are seeking a Waiter/Host who is passionate about hospitality and loves to create great experiences for others.

We are a modern seaside hotel by the North Sea, where presence, gastronomy and personal service are a natural part of everyday life. Here it's not just about serving food and wine. It's about making guests feel welcome and creating experiences they remember.

Who are you?

You thrive among guests, have a natural smile on your face and enjoy a high-paced environment with good energy.

Perhaps you are trained as a waiter. Perhaps you have experience from the restaurant or hotel industry. Or perhaps you simply have the right hospitality and the desire to learn.

Your tasks

• Service and hospitality in the restaurant
• Guide guests through the food and wine experience
• Hosting of parties, events and arrangements
• Preparation and quality assurance of the restaurant
• Collaboration with the kitchen and the rest of the team
• Contribute to happy guests and good collegial experiences

Part of something bigger

The past two years Strandhotellet Blokhus has been on an exciting journey with new management, strong development and increased focus on the guest experience.

We are already working on the next plans, and in the spring of 2027 we will open yet another restaurant.

Therefore we are looking for colleagues who want to develop ourselves together with us and become part of the Strandhotellet Blokhus of the future.
