About the job

At Accenture we help organizations build trust in their most critical IT solutions. We work with everything from public transformations and complex integration landscapes to cloud-, data- and AI-driven solutions, where quality is essential for success.

As part of our Quality Engineering team you will become part of an international professional community with experts in test management, test automation, quality transformation, performance testing and AI-supported quality assurance. Together we help clients rethink how quality is created, measured and integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.

Why Accenture?

At Accenture you get the opportunity to work with both the latest technologies and some of the market's most complex deliveries.

We actively invest in your development through certifications, courses, coaching and access to global communities of experts. You will have a dedicated People Lead who helps shape your career, whether you want to develop as a specialist, advisor or leader.

At the same time you become part of a strong professional environment where innovation, knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. We organize workshops, participate in conferences, develop new solutions within Quality Engineering and actively work with AI's role in the quality assurance of the future.

Your role

As Quality Engineering Manager at Accenture you help our clients build trust in their digital transformations by integrating quality, risk management and testing across the entire delivery.

You act as an advisor to both management and projects and help translate business goals into concrete quality initiatives. Depending on the assignment you may be responsible for defining test strategies, leading testing and quality assurance efforts across teams and vendors, or creating an overview of quality, progress and delivery risks in complex transformations.

The role is both advisory and hands-on. You are not only expected to set direction but also to translate strategies into concrete plans, processes and deliverables and actively drive testing and quality assurance activities together with the client and the project team.

At the same time you contribute to the development of our Nordic Quality Engineering community through innovation, knowledge sharing and working with new technologies such as AI, test automation and modern quality practices.
