The positive development brings many exciting tasks. As one of our experienced colleagues has taken on other work within the organization, we are now seeking two engaged building case handlers for our Team Building who want to be important players in the development of the municipality.

Your everyday life with us

As a building case handler you will be part of a professionally strong task group, where you will have a varied everyday life with lots of contact with citizens, advisors, and businesses. We work closely across the entire Center Planning, Building and Road and with the Center Nature and Environment, which we share with.

Our primary tasks in Team Building, some of which may be yours depending on competences and interests, are

• Processing building cases within commercial, institutions, housing, and small buildings
• Processing land-use and urban renewal cases
• Pre-consultation and guidance of citizens, businesses, and advisors
• Consultation with colleagues and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Contributing to the development of good and efficient workflows

We place emphasis on high professional quality, but also on meeting people at eye level and finding solutions through dialogue. And we emphasize good humor and a twinkle in the eye, because we think it should be fun to go to work.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience with building case processing or relevant educational background. Perhaps you are an engineer, architect, building designer, or have other relevant experience.

Most importantly, you

• Have knowledge and interest in planning and building legislation
• Are motivated by authority handling and citizen contact
• Like to stay updated on relevant law and translate it into practice
• Have an understanding of the authority role and familiarity with the Administration Act
• Can work independently while also being part of a tight team collaboration
• Strong communication skills and express yourself clearly both orally and in writing
• Desire to contribute to a good working environment
• Are comfortable with digital systems and work in a structured way with case processing

Who are we?

Team Building is part of Center Planning, Building and Road. We are based in the administration building in Nørager together with our colleagues from Center Nature and Environment. In total we are about 70 employees at the address.

Here you get a workplace with a view of beautiful nature in a newer and modern building, good parking facilities, and easy access to and from the motorway. The bus stops at the door. But most importantly, you will have engaged and competent colleagues who care for one another and collaborate to create the best solutions for the municipality's citizens and businesses.

Practical information

Positions are full-time.

Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement with the possibility of negotiation.

We offer flexible hours and the possibility of home work by agreement.

Start date 1 January 2027.
