About Autism Center Asgaard

Autism Center Asgaard is a foundation-owned offering to young people and adults with autism spectrum disorders, which benefits from a pedagogical approach characterized by structure and predictability. We are in development and therefore seeking a new employee for our residential service under the Social Services Act § 107.

About the position

We are looking for a professionally skilled colleague for Asgaard who can start on January 1, 2027. The position is 32 hours per week, and the working hours are distributed on day and evening shifts as well as currently every 6th weekend.

It is not essential whether you are trained as a pedagogue. The most important is that you can see yourself in the tasks and in our professional approach. Therefore we are also happy to hear from social and health care assistants, social workers, therapists and applicants with other relevant educations.

It would be a great advantage if you have some of the following competencies

· Experience with autism

· Knowledge of ADHD, anxiety, OCD and other comorbid disorders

· Can use KRAP as theoretical basis for your practice

· That you are a pedagogue or have another relevant education

· That you are a passionate person who is curious and innovative and always sees opportunities rather than limitations in your work
