What will be your primary tasks?

Campaign setup and targeting

Hands-on setup of Google campaigns, writing sharp ad texts and precise audience segmentation.

Strategic AI management

Optimization and feeding of the algorithms in e.g. Performance Max and Search with the right data and objectives.

Creative direction and assets

Development and testing of headlines, texts and visual elements that drive high conversion.

Analysis, data and business

Continuous performance analysis (ROAS/POAS) and ensuring correct conversion tracking and first-party data.

What you will learn with us (and gain on your CV)

Hands-on experience with Google Ads

Deep and practical insight into both manual setup and AI-driven advertising.

Business understanding

A strong understanding of business models and Google Ads' role in the customer journey.

Technical tracking and data

Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, conversion tracking and first-party data.

Creative performance

Learn to angle and structure texts and assets so they feed the algorithms.

Sensitive mentorship

An intensive program with a dedicated mentor and an academically strong environment in Aarhus C.

Is this you we are looking for?

You are a student in a relevant education – e.g., in marketing, e-commerce, multimedia design, communication or similar. You have plenty of drive and are ready to dive into an internship where you get real responsibility and experience a steep learning curve.

Internship terms

• Duration: The program runs over 2 x 10 weeks. The last 10 weeks are adapted with 2 writing days per week dedicated to your main assignment. It is a requirement from our side – and to ensure you get the greatest benefit from the program – that you take the entire program and not just the first 10 weeks.
• Language: We are currently seeking only Danish-speaking students.
