At Bryghus Syd we are looking for an engaged, responsible and proactive social and health care assistant with a mentoring function who wants to become part of our community and make a positive difference for the residents staying in our Guest Houses and pension homes.

Your tasks will include

• To create safe and home-like surroundings for residents during their stay
• To work rehabilitatively based on the individual resident's resources, wishes and needs
• To provide personal care and care with respect for the individual
• To perform nursing-related tasks within your own competencies
• To observe residents’ condition and respond professionally to changes in their needs
• To ensure relevant documentation and professional knowledge sharing
• To collaborate with colleagues, relatives and relevant partners to create the best framework for residents’ stay

About us

Bryghus Syd is part of Denmark’s first dementia town in Svendborg and consists of 20 dementia housing units, 4 guest places, 3 pension houses and 36 senior housing units.

We work based on the individual person and adapt our care and support to the resident’s needs, wishes and life situation. We aim to create a daily life where residents experience dignity, security and quality of life, and where relatives are a natural and valued part of the collaboration.

In our Guest Houses and pension homes we meet residents who for a period need a stay with us. This places special demands on our ability to quickly build relationships, establish trust and ensure a safe transition to new surroundings.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges between 36,169.00 and 46,421.00 DKK per month at full-time. The salary includes pension, special holiday pay and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special remunerations. It is important to note that your concrete salary is determined based on your experience, seniority and competencies and is agreed upon in negotiations with the relevant professional organization.
