Do you have a large pedagogical heart for the youngest children, and are you passionate about creating a safe and developmental everyday life? We have recently moved into a completely new building in a fantastic, scenic area – and now we need an engaged nursery educator to complete the team.

We are looking for a graduated educator who is an initiative-taking team player and who takes great joy in supporting the youngest children's development. We imagine that:

• You actively bring your professional knowledge into play in planning everyday pedagogical activities, language development and motor play.
• You are a caring, clear and playful adult who can ensure a calm, predictable and recognizable frame for the nursery children.
• You are able to meet children and parents honestly, lovingly – and you place a high value on close and secure parent collaboration.
• You have a natural calm, can juggle many balls and maintain the pedagogical overview, even when everyday life in the nursery can be fast-paced.
• You are curious to gain new knowledge, are professionally and personally reflective, and contribute positively to our shared work environment.

Practical information

The position is 37 hours per week with occupancy on 1 December or as soon as possible. We obtain references as well as criminal and child-checks at the time of employment.

Salary placement occurs after negotiation between the municipality and the union representative organization.
