We are looking for cheerful and engaged on-call substitutes who want to be part of our everyday life and help create safe and good days for the children.

Who are we?

Kongeriget is an integrated day care for children aged 0-6 years. We are located on Kongelundsvej in Copenhagen S and also have an outreach kindergarten on Rosenlundsvej in Dragør.

At Kongelundsvej you will find nursery, kindergarten and pickup for our outreach kindergarten. We are close to Ørestad and the metro, so it’s easy to get to us.

In Kongeriget we have a science profile, so the children's curiosity and desire to explore the world is at the center. We investigate, experiment and explore together with the children – both indoors and outdoors. It can be anything from finding small creepy-crawlies on the playground to wondering why water becomes ice.

For us, science is not about knowing all the answers, but about being curious and finding answers together.

We also place emphasis on presence, community and a good balance between the children's own play and activities that the adults initiate.

Who are you?

You don’t need to have experience from a day care to become an on-call substitute with us. The most important thing is that you want to be with children and contribute to a good daily life.

Salary and employment terms

We are looking for on-call substitutes without fixed hours. That means you will be offered shifts as needed, e.g. when our regular staff are absent. Working hours are within the institution's opening hours, Monday-Thursday 7:15-17:00 and Friday 7:00-16:00.

Kongeriget is part of Amager Cluster I in Copenhagen Municipality.

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation. We will obtain child and criminal records checks and take references in connection with employment.
