As Operations Manager at Recover you will have a central role in the daily operations - you will be responsible for creating structure, progress and quality in task execution and will be a natural link between employees, customers and the organization.

You will work closely with competent and engaged colleagues across Recover. Together we create good solutions for our customers and ensure that tasks are handled efficiently and professionally – from the first customer contact to the case being closed.

The role combines management, customer contact, operations and business understanding, and you will have the opportunity to develop employees, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the continued development of the business.

Your background – experience can come from several places

We are not necessarily looking for someone with many years of leadership experience. The most important thing is that you have made your own experiences with leadership, and that you have drive, motivation and willingness to take responsibility and develop in the role as Operations Manager.
