Dstny is looking for a customer service specialist for a 12-month maternity leave cover starting 1 November 2026 (Nærum)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a maternity leave cover starting on 1 November 2026. The position is fixed-term for 12 months.

We need a specialist who takes pride in giving our B2B customers the right treatment. Could that be you?

Your tasks will include

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
• Handling customer changes and registrations
• Porting numbers in and out
• Invoice questions, final settlements and ownership changes
• Handling of international numbers
• Re-registrations and creation of smaller new customers

You have

• Experience servicing B2B customers
• Familiarity with telephony/mobile solutions
• Structure and overview – especially when it comes to data
• Fluent Danish skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Basic Excel skills
• Good collaboration skills
