We are seeking skilled and quality-conscious building surveyors on Zealand, who are passionate about home inspections and the preparation of condition reports, energy labels and electrical inspections.

Are you already a building surveyor with an HE-number, and would you like to become part of a strong professional community with engaged colleagues? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

We offer an exciting, development-oriented and independent position with professional challenges in daily work and the industry’s best setup and digital tools.

About the position

Our Sales Team handles customer contact, and the Customer Center handles preparation, booking and dispatch of the final reports. You will work with the latest digital technology and register your reports directly at the address. In short, you will become part of a larger team where your primary task is to deliver high professional quality in your reports, and your colleagues help you with the rest.

At start you will receive a thorough introduction to our workflows and the inspection programs we use daily. Additionally you will be internally trained to perform electrical inspections, so we can offer our customers a complete solution, where the same consultant can prepare a complete set of reports.

With reference to the Operations Manager you join a team of skilled colleagues with good opportunities for both professional sparring and social interaction.

We have offices in Odense, Aarhus and Måløv, but your residence will be the starting point for your workday.

A typical workday consists of

• A self-employed day with travel to inspections from your home address
• Inspection of properties with the aim of preparing condition reports, energy labels and electrical inspections
• Completion of up to about 95% of the reports before you leave the property
• Dialogue with customers about your observations and registrations
• Ongoing sparring and support from a professionally strong team

You as a candidate

You deliver high-quality work and ensure that customers experience professionalism, reassurance and good service at every visit. You are approachable, curious and collaborative in your approach to both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified building surveyor
• High professional standard and strong quality awareness
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Independent and responsible
• Strong relationship-builder
• Motivated for learning and professional development
• Education as an energy consultant and/or experience with electrical inspections is an advantage

We offer

• A high degree of independence and flexibility
• A professionally strong team with opportunity for sparring and social interaction
• High priority of competence and career development through internal training
• Active staff association
• Pension scheme and health insurance

At OBH Rådgivende Ingeniører, it is a central focus that our employees thrive. You will experience a professionally inspiring work environment, approachable leadership and a strong community of engaged and dedicated colleagues.

Application deadline

We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so please send your application as soon as possible. Start date by agreement.
