You will be part of a contractor team of about 15 employees, where earthworks, concrete, paving and civil engineering fill the day. The tasks range from private gardens to commercial sites and public projects, so you get both smaller jobs and larger projects. The positions are around Sorø and on Zealand, and the pace requires people who can roll up their sleeves and keep to the deadlines.

Your daily life

The day is about making sure the site runs in the right order. You follow the agreements and schedules that have been set, and you say something if the soil, concrete or access conditions change the plan. When a task requires quick action, it is important that you can move with it and keep a cool head.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working with concrete tasks on site
• Carrying out earth and excavation work
• Pouring foundations, floors, walls and stairs
• Assisting with ground slabs and point foundations
• Handling surplus soil correctly when conditions permit

Here it matters that you deliver properly and report in before small problems become big. It suits you who would rather do solid work than skip over where the bar is low.

We are looking for someone who can check off most things

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a ground- and concrete worker
• Have a driver's license
• Can work with concrete, earth and excavation work
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say something if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with both casting, foundations and ground slabs. But the most important is that you can take responsibility on the site.
