You will become part of a larger construction team, where tasks range from sewer and drainage to concrete, roads and paving. The work is mainly on commercial projects, so you’ll encounter sites where there needs to be control of sequence and handover. The sites are located in Horsens and the surrounding area, and you will work in crews with people who roll up their sleeves together.

Everyday: Sewer, concrete and paving Your daily work On site the crew will establish the sequence before machines and materials need to work together. Tasks and hours are managed digitally, so there is an overview of where you are and what’s missing. Depending on the site you will work with subgrade, drainage, concrete or paving, and you tell us when something doesn’t fit the plan.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working with concrete tasks on commercial sites
• Installing sewer, drainage and stormwater solutions
• Establishing roads and paving
• Assisting with excavation and site preparation
• Restoring sites and access roads

If a task changes along the way, you take it on in the crew and report it so the next trade can come in without hassle.

• Have a driving licence
• Have prior experience with earthwork, concrete, sewer or paving
• Can work in a crew and get things done when it matters
• Arrive reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up
