We are looking for a soil and concrete worker for tasks around Horsens.

You will become part of a larger contracting company, where soil, sewer, drainage and concrete are a natural part of everyday life. The work is on projects for private, commercial and public clients, so you will encounter different types of sites and requirements. The tasks are located in Horsens and the surrounding area, and there is management of the projects from planning to delivery.

The good thing about the setup is that you don't just get sent out to loose small tasks without direction. There are people around the project who keep track of sequence, schedules and progress. You get a company car, and a driving license is required because the work requires travel between tasks and sites.

Everyday: Soil, sewer, drainage and concrete

Your day-to-day The day is planned from the plan agreed on the project. You take on the practical tasks in the order that makes sense on site. When something changes, you speak up in time so the next trade can come in.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Work with concrete tasks on the construction site
• Perform soil and excavation work
• Lay sewer, drainage and rainwater solutions
• Level the terrain and prepare for the next trade
• Assist with civil engineering tasks from excavation to finished surface

Here you fit in well if you can take responsibility for your part of the work and clearly communicate when something needs to be clarified. Agreements must hold, and you can feel it in the way the tasks are managed.

We’re looking for you who can check most of the boxes You don't need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Would preferably have a couple of years' experience with soil, concrete or civil engineering
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Can get started, even when the day becomes physically demanding
• Speak up if something doesn't add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with sewer, drainage or rainwater. But the most important is that you enjoy a day where things must work in practice.
